  We collect non-personal and personal information in order to better serve our customers. This Information allows us to create personalized service-related notices and promotional messages, and to aid in customer assistance and technical support.

    Our site is hosted on the Wix.com platform. All stored information on this site is held on secure servers behind the Wix.com firewall. All direct payment options adhere to PCI-DSS standards that help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site and its service providers.

   Currently our site does not offer any material goods that require shipping/ fulfillment. All services offered by Heather Healing are provided by Heather Swift in person or via a remote communication method.

   All purchases are final, no refunds will be issued for unused services. Service appointments cancelled and/or rescheduled with over 24-hour advanced notice will incur no penalty.  Any changes to appointments within 24-hours will result in a fee.

   This website is owned and operated by Heather Swift. These terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us.  This website offers visitors information about Heather Healing's services,   the ability to book future services, a blog where visitors are able to interact and comment on posts.
