REIKI

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

Reiki feels like pure love and can move energy blocks to allow for a feeling of balance within oneself. When our life force energy is clear we are able to access better health, happiness and joy.

THETA HEALING

Theta Healing brings about changes and even miracles in every area of the clients life. The sessions are very powerful and can have very quick results. Clients are able to get to the root of issues and clear out the blocks which keep them from reaching their full potential.

ThetaHealing is combined of a series of techniques which work closely with the clients Higher Self and Higher Power. This enables the healing to be done on a cellular and soul level. The work can include resetting DNA, healing wounds from the womb and clearing free floating memories, to mention a few. The client's needs and intentions direct the process.

Some benefits reported include a deeper peace within; relief from fears, phobias, anxiety and depression; release from addictions; weight loss; clarity in relationships and an understanding of one's life purpose.

PAST LIFE REGRESSION

Past Life regressions lead to physical and emotional healing, especially in relieving phobias, releasing negative life patterns, and understanding the core beliefs that can create illness and dis-ease which are not responding to traditional treatment.

The sessions are based on an issue the client would like to resolve or question they would like answered. Profound results can be realized.

INTUITIVE READINGS

Intuitive readings are great for answering those burning questions, connecting to loved ones that have crossed over, seeing what is behind health issues and connecting to ones Higher Self. Quite often the reading is confirmation for the client regarding what they have been thinking and feeling.

HYPNOSIS

Hypnotic regression is a great tool for finding answers locked in our subconscious mind. We can explore virtually any issue in a safe and controlled environment. The client is always aware and in control while they are in a deep state of relaxation.

Once we get to the root of the issue we can release the script we are using in regards to the situation. This release brings up clarity and freedom to act rather than react to situations. We can literally bypass the resistance to being our authentic self. Some of the issues include fears, phobias, anxiety, weight issues, addictions, learning blocks, physical triggers due to abuse and the list is truly endless.

MASSAGE THERAPY

As a Certified Massage Therapist with the state of California I practice Advanced Cranial Sacral Massage, Lymphatic Massage and Vibrational Healing Massage which is an energetic massage. All of these types of massage are about enhancing the life force energy so that it may flow freely through the recipient. When one's energy is clear and flowing they feel healthier, happier and are most empowered.

GUIDED MEDITATIONS

The goal of my weekly guided, hypnotic meditations is to give clients the space to be still and see who they really are. The theme changes each week yet the goal is always to create peace.

Clients can expect to feel relaxed, peaceful and have a renewed sense of who they are.

It is a good idea to bring a mat or thick blanket, water and dress comfortably. I also suggest taking time to relax and be gentle with oneself after the meditation.

INTUITIVE HEALING

Heather will tune in to your body as you relax on the table and help to release that which no longer serves you. She has been known to see health issues, childhood pain and anything in between. The healing comes from the seeing, getting the lesson and releasing the "trigger energy". This can be done in person or distant session. It is advised that you clear the rest of your day after the session and can even feel a little out of sorts for a few days after as you begin to get in touch with the new you.

The goal with these sessions is always to bring the client into their own space of knowing and light. This allows the client to be more present and conscious in their lives. The benefits are endless.
