Preparing for SessionsHow to Prepare for a Reiki SessionIt is advisable to wear comfortable clothing such as sweats and a T shirt. Try to refrain from caffeine prior to the session. Think about what you are wanting to achieve for yourself as a result of the session. We will spend some time talking at the beginning about where you are and what we will work on. The session is very relaxing and often I will receive messages which I will share with you either during or after the session. When the session is done it is important to drink a lot of water for the remainder of the day. How to Prepare for ReadingsBefore the reading: Ask yourself the following questions:
When you have answered these questions let the spirits you want to hear from know what you want. Ask them for any signals that can help you to know they hear you. Leave no stones unturned when asking them for what you need. Be clear too that they know before you even ask and they want to hear you. During the Reading: It is best to refrain from caffeine prior to the reading. Relax and keep an open mind. Although it is important for you to know what you want to achieve for the reading, there is no need to tell me prior to the reading. Please do confirm with yes or no and if there are cases where you need to answer with more please only share the information necessary to let me know I am going in the right directions. My job is to pass on EVERYTHING I hear in the clearest fashion possible. It can be a good idea to bring paper and pencil or an audio recorder if you would like. After the Reading: It is advisable to clear your schedule following the reading to allow time for processing what you have heard. Be kind with yourself and just take it as easy as you can.
